Finally some good weather! Thought I’d try my luck at some cherry blossoms whilst they’re still around Vancouver! Last year I tried to paint some whilst it rained in the car, then when I drove 15 minutes to the perfect spot I found out I had left my brushes at home. This time I came prepared. This year I’ve definitely improved, but it’s still not what I was hoping for. They’re so much more difficult than they look.
Painted as part of PleinAirpril challenege 2024, where I painted outside every day for the whole of April.
